vice Excellence training specifically designed for the Iraqi financial sector.
The program was hosted across two major hubs, Baghdad and Erbil, training over 60 professionals representing various financial institutions from across the region. The sessions focused on elevating service standards, enhancing client relationship management, and implementing international best practices within the local banking landscape.
